For oficial pilot:

The choice of the pilots will be coming these requisits of major to minor importance:

1- The lenguage: The most valorated is the catalan, folow of the spanish and if you don't know nothing of these like minimus basic english.

The points 2 and 3 we can't valorate in the begining but we will valorate at break of the first race.

You don't frighten if you see that won't get a site in the scuderia, because if we receive various inscripcions of oficial pilot, we will do 2 or more teams for what we can participate everybodys or almost everybodys the pilots. The teams will form for the same requisits, for establish a high comunication and for that get a similar levell between the teams and help to the competitive.

Already he will be who receive the comments of the pilots, he will analizate theirs participations and will put theresults of each pilot, some image or lap if is it and the comments and his proper analysis like manager of the pilots.

The actualizator of the page has of have like minimus conection to internet once to the week, and dedicate time when there are to actualizate foundationly the news, or the other devious except the results.

This function is for help the webmaster in his tasks and so are more rapids and effective is the actualizations. Can have more of one person in this function.
